NOTICE TO CLIENTS

The Texas Behavioral Health Executive Counsel investigates and prosecutes professional misconduct committed by marriage and family therapists, professional counselors, psychologists, psychological associates, social workers, and licensed specialists in school psychology.

Although not every complaint against or dispute with a licensee involves professional misconduct, the Executive Council will provide you with information about how to file a complaint.

I further understand and acknowledge that the evaluator’s license may be verified via an online search located at Online License/Renewal System – Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council. The evaluator’s license can be located via a search for Susan Fletcher, PhD, Licensed Psychologist, License Number 26858.

For clients seeking copies of their records:

  • If you are represented by an attorney: Please have your attorney submit a written request to my office using one of the contact methods provided.

  • If you are representing yourself: Please send your written request through the same contact options.
