Forensic Psychology is the application of the science and profession of psychology to questions and issues relating to law and the legal system. Courts rely upon the specialized knowledge of experts who are psychologists to assist them in answering complex psychological questions as it relates to criminal, civil and family court proceedings.
 

Dr. Fletcher provides comprehensive forensic psychological and child custody examinations, attorney consultations, and work product reviews of child custody evaluations, psychological evaluations, and therapeutic work in family law cases.  She also serves as a testifying expert witness. Dr. Fletcher provides the Court with comprehensive, timely and accurate forensic evaluations with defensible conclusions that meet the Daubert standard. Dr. Fletcher is a practicing psychologist with over 25 years of clinical experience as a therapist. She is also an author of a book on parenting and another on emotional intelligence. Dr. Fletcher is known for providing objective findings, relevant examples, and clear and direct communication in a timely manner.
