What I sent this morning is one that is, unfortunately, timely for many. It may be timely for you.
One of our neighbors passed away last week from cancer.
Cancer Sucks!
We grieve differently and feel the void differently. To Karen, Ethan, and Taylor, we send our love for the loss of Andy who was a husband, father, son, brother, choir rockstar, and friend to many. Karen and Andy showed us all the sweetness and love for each other. He was one of those guys who drew you to him.
Then this morning I read this soulful and loving post from Sheryl Sandberg. She lost her husband Dave last month. It made the news. Their children lost their daddy and Sheryl Sandberg lost the love of her life. It reminded me of Karen.
We are not promised a tomorrow. Enjoy this day of opportunity because it is yours.
