Our hearts go out to those who have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.  As we learn more, we are adjusting the way we do business and continue to prioritize the health and safety for those who receive services from us and for ourselves in every decision we make.

We are monitoring the information available about the current risk as we make decisions about in person contact and services through telehealth systems.  We are set up to provide HIPAA compliant services through video after consideration on the appropriateness on a case-by-case basis.  Consent forms will be provided and will need to be signed in advance of any telehealth services.

If I have been appointed as the custody evaluator in your case, evaluations are still continuing including documents being reviewed and collaterals being interviewed.  If I have been appointed to provide therapy services in your case, especially reunification therapy, services are also continuing.  Limitations and procedures will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

New referrals are also being accepted and communication with attorneys and the courts continues for each case.
