Forensic Psychology is the application of the science and profession of psychology to questions and issues relating to law and the legal system. Courts rely upon the specialized knowledge of experts who are psychologists to assist them in answering complex psychological questions as it relates to criminal, civil and family court proceedings.

Dr. Fletcher conducts comprehensive forensic psychological examinations, provides attorney consultations, forensic review of child custody evaluations, court ordered therapy, and serves as an expert witness. She provides the Court with comprehensive, timely and accurate forensic evaluations with defensible conclusions that meet the Daubert standard. Dr. Fletcher is a practicing psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience, an author, and a consultant to companies and organizations. She is known for providing objective findings, relevant examples and clear and direct communication in a timely manner.

Dr. Fletcher has been retained in cases which have focused on a variety of emotional health & family dynamics issues including:
