Susan Fletcher, Ph.D., a practicing psychologist, is a recognized expert in the areas of productivity, performance and leadership development. Appearing frequently as an expert in television and print media, Susan's Smart Zone techniques have been the basis of presentations across the country and can be applied to a variety of topics to arm people with the skills to meet today's home and workplace challenges. Her most recent book, Working in the Smart Zone (January 2008), provides smart strategies to be a top performer at work and at home.

In addition to serving as CEO of her two companies, Fletcher & Associates Psychological Services, P.A. and Smart Zone Solutions, Susan is a sought-after speaker and wife and mother of three. After receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, Susan received her Masters and Ph.D. from Texas Woman's University. After completing her Ph.D., Susan worked with "Dr. Phil" McGraw as a litigation specialist on high profile cases. A member of several professional and community organizations, and a professional member of the National Speakers Association, Susan has been in clinical practice for almost 20 years. She is the author of two books, Working in the Smart Zone (2008) and Parenting in the Smart Zone (2005).
